Mr. Kevoly was born Tongubor Kelvin in Lagos, Nigeria. He hails from Patani Local Government Area and from the Ijaw Tribe of Bayelsa State, in Nigeria. He attended Kingsway Secondary School Ilogbo, Lagos State.
He also attended the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kwara State one of the country's foremost higher institute of learning where he did his preliminary National Diploma course in Chemical Engineering.
He is a fast rising upcoming artiste with a great voice, after listening to his two songs; you will agree that this guy is talented. He is a great singer and his lyrics are well organized.
He released a promotion album in 2012; the promo CD contains two solid tracks. His hit single "Chi Chi” written by him and produced by SINT is currently earning air play around Nigeria. He also another song “Why Me” which is also a hit banger.
